目的 探讨连续传代培养对产ESBLs多药耐药菌恢复药物敏感性的影响.方法 选择临床产ESBLs的大肠杆菌和肺炎克雷伯杆菌各21株,以血液增菌肉汤连续30代接种传代.对连续传代且无杂菌污染的菌株进行体外药敏试验.结果 共获得纯化的产ESBLs的大肠杆菌和肺炎克雷伯杆菌分别为15株和18株,传30代结果显示共有21株51种次的抗菌药物由耐药变成敏感,其敏感性恢复了,4株6种次由敏感变成耐药.结论血液增菌肉汤连续30代接种传代可诱导部分产ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌恢复药物敏感性.“,”OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of continuous subculture on the recovery of drug sensitivity of ES-BLs-producing multidrug-resistant bacteria.METHODS A total of 21 strains of ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli and 21 strains of ESBLs-producing K lebsiella pneumoniae were selected,and the blood enhanced broth was inocu-lated for 30 generations.The in vitro drug susceptibility test was carried out for strains which were continuously passaged and had no contamination.RESULTS A total of 15 strains of purified ESBLs-producing E.coli and 18 strains of purified ESBLs-producing K.pneumoniae were obtained.The results showed that,after 30 generations of subculture,21 strains of 51 species were sensitive to antibacterial drugs and their sensitivity was restored,and 4 strains of 6 species turned from sensitivity to resistance.CONCLUSION Blood-enhanced broth can induce partial ESBLs-producing K.pneumoniae and E.coli to restore drug sensitivity after 30 generations of subculture.
