考察了特定组成的Ti-Cu,Ti-Mn氧化物催化剂在甲苯深度氧化反应中二氧化硫存在下的硫中毒效应,用红外光谱和X射线电子能谱研究了催化剂表面硫中毒的原因。考察了Ti-Cu氧化物催化剂在被二氧化硫中毒前后,甲苯深度氧化催化反应动力学。在氧恒压且大大过量的条件下,催化剂中毒前后的反应速度均可用r=KPC_7H_8/(1+PC_7H_8)~2描述,催化剂中毒后仅表观活化能增大。
The sulfur poisoning effects of Ti-Cu and Ti-Mn oxide catalysts with specific composition in the deep oxidation of toluene were investigated. The causes of sulfur poisoning on the surface of the catalyst were investigated by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The kinetics of catalytic oxidation of toluene over depth oxidation of Ti-Cu oxide catalyst before and after sulfur dioxide poisoning was investigated. Under the conditions of constant oxygen pressure and excessive excess, the reaction rate before and after poisoning can be described by r = KPC_7H_8 / (1 + PC_7H_8) ~ 2, and only the apparent activation energy increases after the catalyst is poisoned.
