现代教育崇尚以学习者为中心的教学模式。然而,由水平参差不齐的学生构成的班级教学仍然使我们的教学难以满足所有学生的需要。本实验的目的在于研究分层教学能否满足学生的要求,增强学生的学习动机,提高学习成绩。实验的结果是实施分层教学三个月后,学生学习商务英语的动机有所增强,学生的英语成绩有所提高。本文运用影响动机的因素以及第二语言习得的条件进行讨论实验的结果。
Modern education advocates a learner-centered teaching mode. However, class teaching, composed of uneven students, still makes it difficult for our teaching to meet the needs of all students. The purpose of this experiment is to study whether the hierarchical teaching can meet the requirements of students, enhance students’ motivation to learn and improve their academic performance. The result of the experiment is that three months after the implementation of the hierarchical teaching, students’ motivation to learn Business English has been enhanced, and their English scores have been raised. This article uses the factors that influence motivation and the conditions of second language acquisition to discuss the results of the experiment.
