目的：观察润肺调中降逆汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法将确诊为咳嗽变异性哮喘的78例患者随机分成治疗组36例，对照组32例。治疗组予润肺调中降逆汤治疗，对照组予西药布地奈德／福莫特罗吸入剂治疗，疗程为14 d。观察2组咳嗽总疗效及中医证候疗效。结果咳嗽总疗效：治疗组愈显率47．22％，总有效率83．33％；对照组分别为40．63％及71.88％，治疗组优于对照组（P ＜0．05）。中医证候综合疗效：治疗组控显率55．56％，总有效率86．11％；对照组分别为34．38％及65．63％，治疗组优于对照组（P ＜0．05）。其他单项症状：治疗组咽干、咽痒、胸闷气急症状改善情况优于对照组（P ＜0．05）。结论润肺调中降逆汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效肯定。“,”Objective To observe the curative effect of Runfei Tiaozhong Jiangni Decoction on cough varient asthma(CVA).Methods 78 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n =36)and control group (n =32).Treatment group was treated with Runfei Tiaozhong Jiangni Decoction for 14 d, and control group,inhaled budesonide /formoterol (symbicort)for 14 d.The curative effects on TCM syndromes and cough were compared between two groups.Results The total effect of cough showed as follows:in treatment group,the total effective rate was 83.33% and the curative rate 47.22%;in con-trol group,the total effective rate was 71.88% and the curative rate 40.63% .The former was superior to the latter(P <0.05 ).The comprehensive effect of TCM symptoms were as follows:in treatment group,the total effective rate was 86.11% and the curative rate 55.56%;in control group,the total ef-fective rate was 65.63% and the curative rate 34.38% .The former was superior to the latter (P <0.05).Compared with control group,throat drying,throat itching,chest tightness and shortness of breath in the treatment group improved significantly(P <0.05).Conclusion Runfei Tiaozhong Jiangni Decoction has an obvious effect on patients with CVA.
