汽车制造的竞争激烈,科技的发展及用户挑剔的眼光使得各大车企需要精益求精、不断创新才能赢得市场。车身表面质量的控制与优化,作为汽车制造的难点,一直在被探索和研究,尤其是在实际生产中如何量化表面缺陷,并有针对性地优化控制。光学测量作为现代制造业的主要技术,已经广泛应用于生产制造过程质量的监控。利用白光测量技术的特点,监控车顶表面质量状态,将其量化并与表面质量工程师评价作对比,探索光学测量量化车顶表面钣金波浪的可行性。
The fierce competition in automobile manufacturing, technology development and user critical eyes makes the major car companies need to keep improving, innovation can win the market. The control and optimization of body surface quality has been explored and researched as a difficult point in automobile manufacturing. In particular, how to quantify surface defects in actual production and to optimize the control in a targeted manner. Optical measurement as the main technology of modern manufacturing industry, has been widely used in manufacturing process quality monitoring. Using the characteristics of white light measurement technology, the quality status of the roof surface is monitored, quantified and compared with surface quality engineers’ evaluations to explore the feasibility of optical measurement to quantify sheet metal waves on the roof surface.
