1 Introduction To improve the seismic capacity of houses and to strengthen the integrity of the structure, cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures are used more and more widely. In multi-storey and high-rise buildings to reduce the height of the floor structure, often using large-size two-way plate. The usual design is to choose a thicker plate, calculate the amount of reinforcement according to the bearing capacity requirements, and the rigidity requirements naturally meet the requirements. However, this often results in a large cross-sectional height of the slab and a low reinforcement ratio, not only increasing the structure Self-respect, not economical. Therefore, I believe that by taking into account both the bearing capacity and stiffness requirements, an appropriate increase in plate reinforcement ratio, reduce plate thickness, you can get better economic benefits.
