目的:研究参芪扶正注射液配伍多西他赛后对肺癌细胞A549和LLC生长的抑制作用。创新点:首次发现参芪扶正注射液配伍多西他赛后能提高低浓度多西他赛对肺癌细胞的生长抑制率,且对不同肺癌细胞的抑制率有不同的增强作用。方法:对A549及LLC细胞均设置参芪扶正注射液五个浓度单独给药、多西他赛九个浓度单独给药、参芪扶正注射液两个浓度分别联合多西他赛五个浓度给药三组。使用MTT比色法考察不同给药组对于肺癌细胞的生长抑制率,并对比多西他赛单独与联用后对细胞生长的抑制率。结论:实验结果显示参芪扶正注射液单独使用对于两种肺癌细胞均无明显抑制作用,但是联合使用对多西他赛抗肿瘤作用有明显的增强效果。
OBJECTIVE: To study the inhibitory effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with docetaxel on the growth of lung cancer A549 and LLC cells. Innovative point: For the first time, Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with docetaxel can increase the growth inhibition rate of low-concentration docetaxel on lung cancer cells and enhance the inhibition rate of different lung cancer cells differently. Methods: Five doses of Shenqi Fuzheng injection were administered to A549 and LLC cells separately. Nine concentrations of docetaxel were given separately. Five concentrations of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with docetaxel Medicine three groups. MTT colorimetric assay was used to examine the growth inhibition rate of lung cancer cells in different administration groups and to compare the inhibition rate of docetaxel alone and in combination on cell growth. Conclusion: The experimental results show that Shenqi Fuzheng injection alone had no significant inhibitory effect on both lung cancer cells, but combined use of docetaxel on the anti-tumor effect was significantly enhanced.
