本文报告了45例心肌梗塞患者~(201)T1心肌灌注显象结果。其中15例~(201)T1运动心肌显象和心电图与冠状动脉造影对照,两者符合率分别为85.7％和71.4％。31例心肌梗塞患秆~(201)T1运动显象和心电图对同时伴有心肌缺血的发现率分别为87×和70％。结果表明~(201)T1净态显象对心肌梗塞,~(201)T1运动显象对心梗是否合并缺血的诊断率明显高于静息和运动心电图。观察心脏大小也有助于估计心功能。
This article reports the results of myocardial perfusion imaging of ~ (201) T1 in 45 patients with myocardial infarction. 15 cases of ~ (201) T1 myocardial imaging and ECG and coronary angiography control, the coincidence rate was 85.7% and 71.4% respectively. 31 cases of myocardial infarction with stalk ~ (201) T1 motor imaging and ECG on the simultaneous detection of myocardial ischemia were 87 × and 70%. The results showed that the diagnostic value of ~ (201) T1 neutron imaging in myocardial infarction and ~ (201) T1 motor imaging was significantly higher than that of rest and exercise ECG. Observing heart size also helps to estimate heart function.
