《中华人民共和国科学技术普及法》的实施和国务院《全民科学素质行动计划纲要》的颁布,使得我国公益类科普场馆的建设和运行更规范、更专业。而科普辅导员是科技馆的中坚力量,因此针对群众文化建设,如果没有科普辅导员的正确引导,非专业领域内的参观人群在获取科普信息的过程中会遇到诸多问题的困扰。这就需要加强科普辅导员在群众文化建设中的作用,不断提高自身队伍的素质,并通过研究相应的策略,建设解决群众文化建设中遇到的问题。为此,本文就将对科技馆科普辅导员在群众文化建设中的作用及策略展开进一步的探讨。
The promulgation of the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Popularization of Science and Technology” and the promulgation of the “Outline of the National Science Quality Action Plan” of the State Council have made the construction and operation of public-welfare science museums in China more standardized and professional. The science counselors are the backbone of science and technology museums, so for the masses of cultural construction, without the proper guidance of science counselors, non-professionals in the field of popular science in the process of access to popular information will encounter many problems. This requires strengthening the role of popular science counselors in the construction of mass culture, continuously improving the quality of their own ranks and building solutions to the problems encountered in the building of mass culture by studying corresponding strategies. To this end, this article will further explore the role and strategies of popular science counselors in the construction of mass culture.
