目的:初步探索矮膜苞芹所含化学成分的类别。方法:采用系统预实验法(试管法或滤纸法),对矮膜苞芹的水提物、乙醇提取物、石油醚提取物进行研究,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的沉淀反应或颜色反应,初步推断矮膜苞芹中可能含有的化学成分。结果:矮膜苞芹中可能含挥发油、甾体、强心苷、三萜类、皂苷、酚类、糖类、黄酮类、香豆素等成分。结论:初步确定了矮膜苞芹含有的化学成分,为矮膜苞芹的开发利用提供了科学依据。
Objective: To explore the composition of the chemical composition of the short-stemmed parsley. Methods: The aqueous extracts, ethanol extracts and petroleum ether extracts of H. pantanalum were studied by the system pre-experiment method (in-tube method or filter paper method). Through the precipitation reaction or color of various indicators and developer Reaction, a preliminary inference of the chemical composition may contain short-tailed paulownia. Results: Short-stalked Paeonia lactiflora may contain volatile oil, steroids, cardiac glycosides, triterpenoids, saponins, phenols, sugars, flavonoids and coumarins. Conclusion: The chemical composition contained in the short-stemmed parsnips was initially determined, which provided a scientific basis for the development and utilization of the short-pitched parsley.
