1984年我们研究成功光亮Pd-Ni合金电镀的新工艺。用此工艺获得的镀层抗腐蚀(抗盐雾、抗硫化),接触电阻与硬金镀层相近,硬度高、耐磨、可焊性好。对电接触件而言是较好的代金镀层,并可获得较高的经济效益。1985年用于机床数选自动控制装置印制板接插端代替金镀层,效果良好。对载波机上的十八线插座的篑片进行对比试验也证明上述结果。Pd-Ni合金镀层色泽白亮,在首饰业中可代替铂、铑镀层。
In 1984 we studied the successful bright new Pd-Ni alloy plating process. Coating obtained by this process anti-corrosion (salt spray, anti-vulcanization), contact resistance and hard gold coating similar to high hardness, wear resistance, good solderability. For electrical contacts is a better gold plating, and access to higher economic benefits. 1985 for the election of machine tool automatic control device printed circuit board plug instead of gold coating, the effect is good. The carrier machine on the eighteen-wire socket for comparison test tablets also prove the above results. Pd-Ni alloy coating color white, in the jewelry industry can replace platinum, rhodium coating.
