以氧化淀粉改性的聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液为胶黏剂,针对木材多孔性材料,测试乳液木材胶黏剂的黏度、粒径和粘接强度,考察乳液胶黏剂的黏度、粒径、树种及压力对粘接强度的影响程度,计算粘接强度的相对标准偏差(RSD),研究界面物理作用和机械锁固作用与粘接强度的关系,探索乳液木材胶黏剂的胶接性质,结果表明:压力对粘接强度的影响最为敏感,主要遵循压力作用下的机械锁固机理和界面物理作用中的吸附机理;而黏度、粒径和树种对粘接强度的影响相对于压力的影响不显著,即黏度、粒径和树种影响下遵循的界面物理作用中的吸附机理、机械锁固机理相对于压力影响趋于次要地位。
