依据电化学阻抗谱评价了LY12铝合金表面双层稀土转化膜的抗腐蚀性能,膜的存在使材料的腐蚀电阻增大,腐蚀速率降低.利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了稀土(REM)转化膜的表面形貌,膜是以不同尺寸的圆球状颗粒层铺满基体表面.利用X射线衍射(XRD)研究了膜的微观形态,发现膜以非晶态形式存在.利用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和分析了膜的成分,膜是由铈的氧化物和氢氧化物组成.铈的价态呈三价和四价.
The corrosion resistance of double rare earth conversion coatings on LY12 aluminum alloy was evaluated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The composition of the film was analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and the film consisted of oxides and hydroxides of cerium. The valence of cerium is trivalent and tetravalent.
