电动舵机作为飞行器的执行机构,其体积重量的减少可提升飞行器的性能。论文分析一控四电动舵机伺服控制器结构方案和控制策略,以DSP TMS320F2812和功率芯片IR2136为核心,实现单一控制器控制四套无刷直流电动舵机相互独立工作。研究电动电机系统三闭环变参数控制技术,采用电流环、转速环和位置环全数字变参数PID控制策略,实验验证了系统设计的正确性。
As an actuator of the aircraft, the reduction of the volume weight of the electric steering gear can improve the performance of the aircraft. The thesis analyzes the control scheme and control strategy of a servo controller with a four-control electric servo, taking the DSP TMS320F2812 and the power chip IR2136 as the core to realize a single controller to control four sets of brushless DC servo actuators working independently of each other. The three closed-loop variable-parameter control technology of electric motor system is studied. The current loop, speed loop and position loop full digital variable-parameter PID control strategy are used to verify the correctness of the system design.
