通过室内大型模拟试验 ,对高层建筑与裙房在整体连接情况下上部结构、基础与地基的共同作用问题进行了研究。根据试验结果并结合数值计算分析 ,得出了筏基变形和地基反力分布特征 ,指出大底盘框架厚筏体系的工程性质同高层建筑与连接其的第一跨裙房基础是密切相关的 ,并提出了“共同作用的有效范围”的概念。
Through large-scale indoor simulation tests, the interaction between superstructure, foundation and foundation under the condition of integral connection between high-rise building and podium is studied. According to the test results and the numerical calculation and analysis, the characteristics of raft deformation and the reaction force of the foundation are obtained. It is pointed out that the engineering properties of the thick-raft system with large chassis frame are closely related to the foundation of the first span of podium connected with the high-rise building. And put forward the concept of “effective range of common effects”.
