利用多目标线性规划的方法,以云南省维西县香樟箐沟小流域为研究对象,注重水土流失治理与流域经济可持续发展的紧密结合,综合考虑经济发展、生态环境和水利工程等多种因素,选择决策变量、建立目标函数,并用Excel进行求解。经过规划和治理,小流域土地利用趋于合理、水土流失得到控制、经济状况有所改善,土壤侵蚀模数降为1 026.03 t/(km2.a),年粮食总产量达到2 115.16 t,年人均产粮517 kg,年人均纯收入提高879.50元,小流域经济达到一个平衡稳定的持续发展状态。
