改革开放以来,随着我国现代化建设的不断深入,越来越多的农村富余劳动力从农村被解放出来,走向城镇,形成了一个庞大的农民工群体。正是这个群体为我国的经济社会的发展做出了巨大的贡献,但还不能得到社会认同,受到社会各种各样的歧视。如何更好地解决这一问题,对于建设社会主义新农村、构建和谐社会和全面实现建设小康社会的宏伟目标,都具有十分重大的意义。 Since the reform and opening up, with the continuous deepening of China’s modernization drive, more and more rural surplus labor force has been liberated from the rural areas and migrated to cities and towns, forming a large group of migrant workers.
