近年来通过临床和实验观察证明,有一些传导阻滞的出现与心率的改变有明显的关系,将这种与心率有关的传导阻滞称为心率依赖型传导阻滞(或位相阻滞)。按与心率的关系可分为快心率依赖型传导阻滞(或三位相阻滞)和慢心率依赖型传导阻滞(或四位相阻滞)。其阻滞部位可发生在房室、束支及分支部位。在临床上以快心率依赖型束支传导阻滞较为多见。本文报道三例快心率依赖型束支传导阻滞的心电图改变。
In recent years, clinical and experimental observations have shown that there are some signs of conduction block and changes in heart rate have a clear relationship between this heart rate-related conduction block called heart rate-dependent block (or phase block). According to the relationship between heart rate can be divided into fast heart rate-dependent block (or three phase block) and slow heart rate-dependent block (or four phase block). The block can occur in the atrioventricular, bundle branch and branch. In clinical fast-rate-dependent bundle branch block more common. This article reports three cases of fast-rate-dependent bundle branch block ECG changes.
