报道基于6mol%镁掺杂的周期性畴反转掺镁铌酸锂(PPMgLN)的宽调谐光参量振荡器(OPO).PPMgLN采用外加电场法制作,周期为27.8—31.6μm,周期间隔为0.2μm.光参量振荡器的抽运源采用输出为1.064μm的声光调Q的Nd3+:YVO4激光器,其调谐范围为1.42—1.73μm(信号光)和2.76—4.27μm(闲散光),斜率效率达到47%.在输入功率为10.6W时,输出功率达到4.8W(信号光和闲散光之和).
A wide tuning optical parametric oscillator (OPO) based on 6mol% Mg-doped periodic domain inversion lithium magnesium niobate (PPMgLN) was reported.The PPMgLN was fabricated by an electric field method with a period of 27.8-31.6μm and a period interval of 0.2 μm. The optical parametric oscillator’s pumping source uses an acousto-optic Q-switched Nd3 +: YVO4 laser with a output of 1.064μm and has a tuning range of 1.42-1.73μm (signal light) and 2.76-4.27μm (idler) with slope efficiency Up to 47% .When the input power is 10.6W, the output power reaches 4.8W (the sum of signal light and idler light).
