以终身体育为视角,通过理论分析、访谈分析、调查分析对体育学力内容、层次及不同层次个体的心理和行为特征进行研究,研究表明:学生经过体育课程学习应该学会健身、学会娱乐、学会观赏、学会学习。同时,体育健身能力、体育娱乐能力、体育观赏能力和体育学习能力分别包括“不会”、“基本会”、“会”和“很会”四个层次,不同层次个体均表现出不同的心理和行为特征。
