目的:大学生体质健康状况一直都是教育界关注的焦点问题。文章研究持续参加“悦跑”能否对大学生身心健康水平产生影响。方法:2015年3月和2016年2月对吕梁学院一般大学生和“吕梁学院悦跑群”的大学生成员关于体质和心理健康进行两次测试。施以“悦跑”干预后,从包容力、意志品质、个性成熟、人际交往、生活态度等几方面来测量大学生的心理健康程度。从坐位体前屈、引体向上、立定跳远、50m和800m等几方面来测量大学生的身体健康程度。结果:“悦跑”干预后实验组大学生与对照组在心理和体质方面都存在很大差异,且实验组的大学生的身心健康水平远高于对照组。“悦跑”干预能够通过显著改善体质健康问题从而提高包容力、意志品质、个性成熟、人际交往、生活态度等心理健康水平,而两组的引体向上均非常差,应当加以重视和提高。建议:通过各种途径,竭力利用高科技手段,引导学生积极参加体育活动,提高各方面的身体素质,让学生懂得只有坚持经常参加体育活动,只有养成坚持锻炼身体的良好习惯,才能增强体质、提高健康水平。
Objective: University students physical health has always been the focus of attention of the education sector. The article studies whether continuing to participate in “yue run” can affect college students’ physical and mental health. Methods: March 2015 and February 2016 conducted two tests on physical and mental health of college students from Luliang College and members of Yuelu Group, a “Luliang College”. Applying “Yue Run” intervention, we measure the mental health of undergraduates from the aspect of tolerance, quality of mind, personality, interpersonal communication and life attitude. From the sitting body flexion, pull-ups, standing long jump, 50m and 800m and other aspects to measure the health of college students. Results: There was a great difference in psychology and physical quality between the experimental group and the control group after the “Yue Run” intervention, and the level of physical and mental health of the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group. “Yue Run ” intervention can improve the mental health of inclusiveness, will, quality of personality, personality, interpersonal communication, life attitude and other mental health levels by significantly improving physical health problems, while the two groups of pull-ups are very poor, should be taken seriously and improve. Suggestions: Through various channels, we will make every effort to use high-tech means to guide students to actively participate in sports activities and improve their physical fitness so that students will understand that only by persistently participating in sports activities can they enhance their physique only by developing good habits of exercising their bodies , Improve health level.
