1996年,我局引进加拿大计算机模拟集团(简称CMG公司)一整套油藏数值模拟软件,包括组分模型GEM和相态平衡计算软件WINPROP(CMGPROP)。WINPROP(CMGPROP)是CMG状态方程相态平衡计算软件包,它包含流体特征化、组分归并、实验室数据回归拟合、多次接触过程模拟、相图计算等。WINPROP(CMCPROP)用于分析油藏油气系统相态,产生CMG组分模拟器GEM所需的组分性质。本文用CMG相态平衡计算软件WINPROP(CMGPROP)对石1020井油藏流体相态进行分析,针对石西油田东区挥发油特点,进行了饱和压力、等组分膨胀、微分脱气实验数据拟合,得出了石1020井油藏流体相态图。应用细管模型和拟三角相图方法,得出注入氮气和甲烷时的混相类型和混相压力。用CMG组分模型GEM进行了天然能量开采和不同注入时机注入氮气、甲烷和水效果对比分析,初步得出了石西油田较为合理的二次采油方式。
In 1996, the Bureau introduced a set of reservoir numerical simulation software of Canadian Computer Simulation Group (CMG), including component model GEM and phase equilibrium calculation software WINPROP (CMGPROP). WINPROP (CMGPROP) is a phase equilibrium software package for CMG equation of state, which includes fluid characterization, compositional merging, laboratory data regression fitting, multiple contact process simulation and phase diagram calculation. WINPROP (CMCPROP) is used to analyze the phase behavior of reservoir systems and to generate the desired component properties of the CMG component simulator, GEM. In this paper, the phase state of fluid in Shi 1020 oil well is analyzed by CMPROP (CMGPROP) software. According to the characteristics of the volatile oil in the east of Shixi Oilfield, the experimental data of saturation pressure, component expansion and differential degassing are fitted. The fluid phase diagram of Well 1020 was obtained. Using the thin tube model and quasi-triangular phase diagram, the miscibility type and miscibility pressure of nitrogen and methane injection are obtained. By using CMG component model GEM, natural energy extraction and comparison of effects of injection of nitrogen, methane and water at different injection timing were conducted, and a more reasonable secondary recovery mode was obtained in Shixi Oilfield.
