钢液在中间包内液位直接影响到连铸生产过程的顺行和铸坯质量。着力于研究和分析方坯连铸生产过程中钢包滑动水口开口度,中间包钢液面,水口结瘤程度以及浇铸速度之间的关系,并推导出相关数学关系式。同时,基于重庆钢铁公司方坯连铸机的实际情况,计算了在一定浇铸速度和结瘤程度下,中间包内所需的理论液面高度,滑动水口的开口度,在此基础上绘制了钢包滑动水口操作控制图,以期能够实现一定的现场指导作用。
