研究了高强度结构钢和中强度结构钢在高温条件下的力学性能。通过稳态和瞬态测试方法测试了高强度钢BISPLATE 80(等效于ASTM A 514、EN 10137-2 Grade S690Q和JIS G 3128)和中强度钢XLERPLATE Grade 350(等效于5.0 mm厚板ASTM 573-450)。测量了在不同应变级别的弹性模量和屈服强度,以及不同温度下的抗拉强度和热伸长。结果表明,高强度钢和中强度钢屈服强度和弹性模量的折减系数在22~540℃范围内非常接近。并将测试结果与美国、澳大利亚、英国和欧洲标准预测值进行了对比。
The mechanical properties of high-strength structural steel and medium-strength structural steel under high temperature were studied. High-strength steels BISPLATE 80 (equivalent to ASTM A 514, EN 10137-2 Grade S690Q and JIS G 3128) and medium-strength steels XLERPLATE Grade 350 (equivalent to 5.0 mm thick sheet ASTM 573-450). The elastic modulus and yield strength at different strain levels, as well as the tensile strength and thermal elongation at different temperatures, were measured. The results show that the reduction coefficient of yield strength and elastic modulus of high strength steel and medium strength steel are very close in the range of 22-540 ℃. The test results are compared with the standard predictions of the United States, Australia, UK and Europe.
