目的探讨营养干预轻型地中海贫血孕前和孕期妇女,改善贫血。方法选择2014年1-12月在海南省妇幼保健院进行孕前、产前保健中已经确诊地中海贫血、血红蛋白≤90 g/L的孕妇及孕前妇女60例分组进行营养干预或传统治疗各30例,观察效果。结果实验组营养干预后血红蛋白提高优于对照组,研究结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养干预可以提高轻型地中海贫血孕妇或孕前妇女血红蛋白,改善贫血状况,疗效显著,不良反应少。
Objective To investigate the nutritional intervention in patients with mild thalassemia before and during pregnancy, to improve anemia. Methods From January to December 2014, 60 pregnant women with pre-pregnancy and prenatal care who had been diagnosed with thalassemia, hemoglobin ≤90 g / L and 60 pregnant women were enrolled in Hainan MCH for the first time in 2014, Observe the effect. Results The improvement of hemoglobin in the experimental group was better than that of the control group after the nutritional intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Nutritional intervention can improve hemoglobin in pregnant women or pre-pregnant women with thalassemia minor and improve anemia, with significant curative effect and few adverse reactions.
