定性地分析了振动攻丝的运动机理和工艺系统动力学特性 ,指出脉冲状切削力是造成切削力均值大幅度降低和系统刚性增强的主要原因。根据振动攻丝基本原理 ,研制出具有振动攻丝功能的振动攻丝卡头 ,并利用该卡头对振动攻丝切削力和螺纹加工精度进行了系统的实验研究。结果表明 ,采用振动攻丝 ,其切削力呈现出理想的波形化效果 ,切削力平均值为普通攻丝的 1 /2~ 1 /5 ,丝锥寿命显著提高 ,螺纹加工精度明显改善
The kinematic mechanism of kinematic tapping and the kinetic characteristics of the process system are qualitatively analyzed. It is pointed out that the pulsed cutting force is the main reason for the drastic reduction of the average cutting force and the increase of the system rigidity. According to the basic principle of vibration tapping, a vibrating tapping chuck with vibration tapping function was developed, and the chuck was used to systematically study the cutting force and threading accuracy of the vibration tapping. The results show that the cutting force of vibrating tapping shows an ideal waveform effect. The average cutting force is 1/2 ~ 1/5 of ordinary tapping, the life of tap is significantly increased, and the machining accuracy of thread is obviously improved
