十三、菌丝发育的几个阶段及其管理1.定植期。播种后2—4天为定植期。这时菌块菌丝体愈合并开始萌动,菌块四周生出白色菌丝。这时栽培室温度要控制在24—27℃。播种后6—8天,正是菌丝生长高峰,要经常检查菌床并掀动塑料薄膜进行通风。随着温度的升高,通风次数也要增加。2.扩展期。播种后10—15天为扩展期。这时菌丝已布满栽培料表面,并向深层扩展。此时菌丝体新陈代谢旺盛,产生的二氧化碳多,所以发现栽培料内有较浓的气味时,每天都要掀动塑料薄膜数次进行通风。如发现有青霉、黄霉、黑霉等杂菌污染,应及时挖出消毁,并用多菌灵500——800倍液或酒精进行局部消毒。以后再发现,也要如此处理。
