采用ABAQUS软件建立了曲底槽形件的有限元模型。对不同凸模形式的曲底槽形件在热冲压成形过程中板料变化特点进行了分析。结果表明,热冲压有限元模型具有参考价值;若槽形件类热冲压成形过程中板料起皱程度不大,热冲压凸模可设计成Π型。
ABAQUS software was used to establish the finite element model of the trough groove. The variation characteristics of the blanks in different punch forms during the hot stamping process were analyzed. The results show that the hot stamping finite element model has a reference value; if the hot stamping forming process of the grooved plate is not large, the hot stamping punch can be designed as Π type.
