以苯基三氯硅烷为原料,利用中和滴加法合成了可溶性的梯形聚苯基倍半硅氧烷(Ph-T),通过凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)、Χ射线衍射(XRD)和核磁共振硅谱法(29Si-NMR)等方法对产物进行了表征,结果表明:产物具有梯形双链分子结构,以热失重分析(TGA)测定了其在氮气中的耐热性;500℃时产物的热失重不超过5%,具有较好的热稳定性。这种制备Ph-T的方法原料易得,反应条件比较温和。
Phenyltrichlorosilane was used as a raw material to synthesize soluble trapezial polyphenylsilsesquioxane (Ph-T) by neutralization and dropping method. The structure of the product was characterized by gel permeation chromatography (GPC), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) The product was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (29Si-NMR). The results showed that the product had a double-stranded trapezoidal structure and its resistance to nitrogen was measured by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) Thermal; 500 ℃ when the product weight loss of not more than 5%, has good thermal stability. This method of preparing Ph-T raw materials easily available, the reaction conditions are relatively mild.
