小麦(“S354”和“K227”)和水稻(“Jhona-349”和“TN-1”)的纯系种子和它们的杂交一代(F_1),用γ射线进行不同处理。证明纯种及杂交基因型经照射后变异显著增加。在籽粒数和产量方面,小麦纯系诱发变异的数量等于或大于杂交的常规分离。在水稻产量方面,杂交和辐射两种类型的变异几乎相同;但在株高及分蘖数方面,杂交分离大于辐射。杂交和辐射引起的变异一般是不累加的。
Pure lines of wheat (“S354” and “K227”) and pure lines of rice (“Jhona-349” and “TN-1”) and their crosses (F_1) were treated differently with gamma rays. The results showed that the genotypes of purebreds and hybrids significantly increased after irradiation. In terms of grain number and yield, the number of pure lines induced by wheat is equal to or greater than the conventional separation of hybrids. In rice yield, the two types of hybridization and radiation variation are almost the same; but in terms of plant height and tillering number, hybridization is greater than radiation. Hybridization and radiation-induced variations are generally not cumulative.
