草菇VP_(53)菌株,是采用原生质体诱变育种而成,是一个抗逆性强、产量高、质量好的优良菌株,在四川已进行了两年多的示范推广,取得了较好的效果。现将其特征特性及露地高产栽培技术介绍如下: (一)形态特征 草菇VP_(53)菌株的子实体菌雷白色至浅灰色,椭圆形,个体大(大小为5.5~8.0×2.5~3.5cm),单粒重15~30g,最大可达100g以上,单生或丛生,不易开伞。 (二)生长环境条件 ①温度:菌丝生长温度20~40℃,在15℃和45℃时生长停止,最适生长温度35℃左右。出菇温度20~35℃,最适25~30℃,在18℃以上菌蕾也不易死亡,是一个较耐低温的菌株。②酸碱度与光照:菌丝生长的pH值为4~11,最适6~7,在6~11之间菌丝长势差异不明显,日生长速度仅相差3~
