学风,即“学校的、学术界的或一般学习方面的风气”。学风建设是高等学校的永恒主题,全面贯彻党的教育方针,其重要性不言而喻。同时,学风建设是长期的系统工程,由学校多个部门密切配合,长期坚持,全体教师、学生积极参与,师生良性互动循环的过程。促进高职学风建设的有效途径可以从制度管理、传统文化、师生关系、第二课堂等方面落实。 Style of study, that is, “the school, academic or general learning style”.
