日前,北京市顺义区法院开庭审理一起索要居间费的官司。原告某房地产中介公司诉称:2013年4月14日,被告周女士与案外人王某在原告的居间服务下,就位于北京市顺义区某小区的一套房屋的买卖事宜达成一致,并签署了《北京市存量房屋买卖合同》《居间服务合同》等。根据《居间服务合同》的约定,周女士当日应给付原告居间服务费30 500元,并且约定迟延向原告支付的,需按照每日1%的标准向原告支付违约金。现被告至今未向原告支付。故诉至法院要求原告支付居间费30 500元。被告周女士辩称:其确实通过原告介绍看中了案外人王某
