为了探讨先天性白内障患儿 期植入人工晶体可靠性及视力预后 ,本文分析了 2 0例 (4 0眼 )先天性白内障 期植入人工晶体病例的 2年随访资料。结果显示 : 期手术的视力预后与术前视力及术前的治疗措施密切相关 ,视力预后好 ;术后未发现严重并发症。结论 : 期人工晶体植入是安全可靠的 In order to investigate the reliability and visual prognosis of intraocular lens (IOL) implanted in children with congenital cataract, we analyzed the 2-year follow-up data of 20 cases (40 eyes) of congenital cataract IOL implantation. The results showed that: the prognosis of preoperative visual acuity and preoperative visual acuity and preoperative treatment are closely related to good prognosis; no serious complications after surgery.
