目前,铸造车间使用的箱卡形成较多。但均有结构复杂、拆装不便的缺点。最近,我厂设计了一种钩式自锁箱卡,使用效果很好。它由厚度为10mm左右的钢板气割而成,尺寸见图。制作这种箱卡,可利用钢板边角料,不需机加工,因而制作工序比较简便。它对机械化程度不高、砂箱不规则的中、小型铸造车间,特别是乡镇企业,更具有适用意义。图示钩式箱卡,适用于合箱后砂箱箱把外缘上下距离为250～300mm的情况。
Currently, the casting box used to form more boxes. However, both the structure is complex, the shortcomings of disassembly inconvenience. Recently, I designed a hook-type self-locking box card, the use of good results. It consists of a thickness of about 10mm gas cutting plate, the size shown in Figure. The production of this box card, the use of sheet metal scrap, without machining, so the production process is relatively simple. It is less mechanized, sand box irregular small and medium-sized foundry, especially township enterprises, more applicable. Pictured hook box card, suitable for the case after the sand box to the outer edge of the upper and lower distance of 250 ~ 300mm situation.
