为了探讨微量元素对汞中毒的拮抗作用,用氯化汞制备小鼠汞中毒模型,使其发生明显脂质过氧化损伤,经硒、锌、钼预处理后再给同剂量氯化汞,可降低汞中毒鼠的死亡率,肝、肾、脑组织中脂质过氧化物含量明显降低,超氧化物歧化酶活性相应增高(P<0.01)。提示硒、锌、钼能拮抗汞引起的致死作用和脂质过氧化作用,其拮抗强度依次为钼>锌>硒。这为汞中毒防治提供新的途径。
In order to explore the antagonism of trace elements on mercury poisoning, mercuric chloride was used to prepare murine model of mercury poisoning, which caused obvious lipid peroxidation injury. It is suggested that selenium, zinc and molybdenum can antagonize the lethal effect and lipid peroxidation caused by mercury, and their antagonistic intensities are molybdenum> zinc> selenium. This provides a new way for the prevention and control of mercury poisoning.
