衬砖化学反应器在苏联制药工业、化学工业中应用颇广。由于它能耐酸抗蚀、效力确实、经久耐用、价格低廉,在国内药厂中也开始推广采用。但在试用中由于有些同志对它的性能了解不够,主观地认为这种反应器很简单,因而常常忽视了很多虽小而带关键性的问题,致使试验结果有时不好而埋怨“苏联经验不灵”。本文作者特根据过去在苏联药厂中学习的经验并参考有关文献写成此文,对药厂及化学工厂的同志当能有所帮助。文中提到的膠结剂是决定反应器耐用与否的关键之一,必须注意选择和小心配制。关于这点,读者可参考化学世界1955年第3期104页所载“矽质耐酸水泥”一文,其中有比较详细的叙述。
