介绍基于VMAS的碳平衡法汽车油耗测量方法。根据测量原理和测量系统构成,将汽车油耗测量结果影响因素分为气体浓度测量、流量测量、燃油品质、设备同步性和车况对其进行分析。在稳定工况下,通过实车试验数据分析各影响因素引起的油耗测量误差。试验证明,稀释氧和二氧化碳浓度测量传感器精度需进一步提高,超声波涡街流量传感器精度不能满足油耗检测系统的要求,在稳定工况下检测系统中设备同步性对检测结果的影响较小等。指出为提高油耗测量准确度,油耗测量系统中需要改进的地方。
Introducing the method of measuring automobile fuel consumption based on VMAS carbon balance method. According to the measurement principle and the measurement system, the influencing factors of the automobile fuel consumption measurement are divided into gas concentration measurement, flow measurement, fuel quality, equipment synchronization and vehicle condition. Under steady conditions, the measurement error of fuel consumption caused by various influencing factors was analyzed through real vehicle test data. The test proves that the accuracy of the dilution oxygen and carbon dioxide concentration measuring sensors needs to be further improved. The precision of the ultrasonic vortex flow sensor can not meet the requirements of the fuel consumption detection system. In the steady state, the influence of the device synchronization on the detection results is small. Pointed out that in order to improve the accuracy of fuel consumption measurement, fuel consumption measurement systems need to be improved.
