本文基于Nonaka的SECI模型,从知识属性、知识主体和知识活动三个维度刻画后发企业知识传导路径;然后,从知识活动、知识特性、知识接收方特性等层面构建了后发企业成本因素的实证研究框架,并重点探讨传导活动中的广度、密度、速度和交互度的四度成本因素及其影响机理;论文收集调研问卷数据,运用结构方程模型分析方法实证检验相关假设。研究表明,知识属性和知识主体等维度各因素通过对知识活动的作用而影响传导绩效。最后,从广度、密度、速度和交互度等方面提出了促进知识有效传导的机制。
Based on Nonaka’s SECI model, this paper depicts the path of post-enterprise knowledge conduction from the three dimensions of knowledge attribute, knowledge subject and knowledge activity. Then, it constructs the factor of post-start-up enterprise cost from the aspects of knowledge activity, knowledge characteristics and knowledge receiver characteristics Empirical research framework and focuses on the fourth degree cost factors and their influencing mechanisms of breadth, density, speed and interaction in conducting activities. The paper collects the questionnaire data and empirically tests relevant hypotheses by structural equation model analysis. The research shows that the factors such as knowledge attribute and knowledge subject affect the transmission performance through the action of knowledge activity. Finally, we put forward the mechanism to promote the effective transmission of knowledge from the aspects of breadth, density, speed and interaction.
