褪黑素(melatonin,MT)是松果体分泌的一种激素,对机体有广泛的影响。近几年的研究发现MT具有很强的自由基清除作用及抗氧化作用,且生物利用度高,极易通过血脑屏障和细胞膜,毒性低[1],这使它避免了一些抗氧化剂的缺点。本实验观察了 MT对脑缺血再灌注沙土鼠脑组织SOD活性及MDA含量的影响。
