[目的]了解莒县桶装饮用纯净水卫生状况及存在的问题。[方法]随机抽取各桶装饮用纯净水生产企业和市场销售点桶装饮用纯净水样品280份,按GB17324-2004、GB/T8538、GB17323和GB/T4789.21-2004规定的方法进行检验。检验项目包括感官、微生物和理化指标。[结果]280份样品总合格率为70.71%;理化指标中以电导率超标为主,合格率79.64%;微生物指标以菌落总数超标为主,合格率91.07%,电导率和菌落总数单项不合格分别占不合格产品的20.73%和7.32%。大肠菌群、致病菌、铅、砷、铜等各项指标单项检测合格率为100.00%。[结论]莒县桶装饮用纯净水尚存在较大卫生质量问题,以菌落总数和电导率超标为主,应加强监督管理,确保桶装饮用纯净水安全。
[Objective] To understand the hygienic condition and existing problems of drinking pure purified water in Juxian County. [Method] A total of 280 bottled purified drinking water samples from bottled drinking purified water manufacturers and market outlets were randomly collected and tested according to the methods specified in GB17324-2004, GB / T8538, GB17323 and GB / T4789.21-2004. Test items include sensory, microbial and physical and chemical indicators. [Result] The total pass rate of 280 samples was 70.71%. The conductivity was over standard and the pass rate was 79.64%. The main indicators of microorganisms exceeded the total number of colonies with a passing rate of 91.07%. Conductivity and total number of colonies were unqualified Accounting for 20.73% and 7.32% of unqualified products respectively. Coliform bacteria, pathogens, lead, arsenic, copper and other indicators of a single test pass rate of 100.00%. [Conclusion] There is still a big health quality problem in the purified drinking water for bottled drinking in Pixian County. The total number of colonies and the excess of electric conductivity are the major ones. Supervision and management should be strengthened to ensure the safety of bottled drinking pure water.
