以呼包银榆经济区为例,采用2000—2012年呼包银榆经济区的统计数据,运用典型相关法、协整检验、脉冲响应函数及方差分解法,在分析呼包银榆经济区与生态环境相关性的基础上,进一步检验和分析了经济区产业结构变动对生态环境的动态效应,结果表明:1经济区第一产业、第二产业和生态环境相关性较高,且二者和固体环境、大气环境相关性最大。2经济区产业结构和生态环境存在长期动态均衡关系,其中,第二、三产业与水环境质量呈正协整关系,第一产业与其呈负协整关系;第一、三产业与大气环境呈负协整关系;第二产业、第三产业与固体环境质量呈正协整关系,第一产业与其存在负协整关系。3经济区产业结构对生态环境产生动态效应。其中,第一产业比重增加会引起生态环境较小幅度污染,且随着时间的推移影响逐步减弱;第二产业比重增加会引起生态环境较大幅度污染,其对工业固体废弃物排放量影响最大,工业废气排放量次之,工业废水排放量最小,且随着时间的推移保持相对稳定态势;第三产业比重增加对生态环境有一定程度的改善。因此,产业结构不断优化是改善生态环境质量的重要因素。

The primary and tertiary industries and the atmospheric environment are negative Co-integration relationship; the secondary industry, the tertiary industry and the quality of the solid environment is a positive co-integration relationship, the primary industry and its existence negative co-integration relationship. 3 Economic Zone Industrial Structure has a Dynamic Effect on Ecological Environment. Among them, the increase in the proportion of the primary industry will cause a smaller degree of pollution of the ecological environment, and gradually diminish over time; the increase in the proportion of the secondary industry will cause more serious ecological and environmental pollution and will have the greatest impact on the discharge of industrial solid waste , Followed by industrial emissions and industrial waste emissions to a minimum, and maintained a relatively steady trend over time. The increase in the proportion of the tertiary industry had a certain degree of improvement on the ecological environment. Therefore, the continuous optimization of industrial structure is an important factor to improve the ecological environment quality.
