搞要:经济全球化以来,外贸环境发生了深刻变化,国内生产企业获得出口经营权后,直接到国际市场推销产品;而国外客户为了降低成本,也纷纷到国内设立办事处,直接到生产企业订购商品。外贸公司受到国内生产企业与外商的双重挤压,经营困难。为适应外贸环境变化,外贸公司纷纷入股中小厂家,组建外贸生产实体,提升出口竞争力。由于中小外贸生产企业思想工作薄弱、劳动保障与劳动报酬不到位,使劳动者与企业的矛盾诸多,劳动纠纷濒发。这不仅影响企业的正常生产,也影响着社会稳定和对外出口。本人结合赴外贸生产企业指导工作之机,对中小微外贸生产企业劳动纠纷濒发现象进行了调研,并就企业加强思想工作,构建和谐劳动关系谈点看法。

Due to the weak ideological work of small and medium-sized foreign trade manufacturing enterprises, labor security and labor remuneration are not in place, causing many conflicts between workers and enterprises, and labor disputes are on the verge of death. This not only affects the normal production of enterprises but also affects social stability and exports. I conducted a research on the phenomenon of the labor disputes in small and medium-sized foreign trade manufacturing enterprises in combination with the guidance of foreign trade manufacturing enterprises. I also talked about how to strengthen ideological work and build harmonious labor relations.
