以从铬泥制备的再生铬鞣剂为主要原料,对5种蒙囿剂进行了筛选及用量优化试验,得到了耐碱稳定性和渗透性良好的不浸酸铬鞣剂。试验表明使用草酸为蒙囿剂,用量为草酸∶Cr_2O_3=2∶10,可以使制备的不浸酸铬鞣剂鞣制样品的收缩温度(Ts)大于100℃,铬吸收率达到96%,鞣剂有较好的耐碱能力;还原剂选用亚硫酸氢钠,可使不浸酸鞣剂鞣制成革的颜色更加浅淡,避免对后续加工的影响。
The chrome tanning agent prepared from chrome mud was used as the main raw material to screen and optimize the dosage of five kinds of montmorillonite. The chrome-tanning agent with good alkali-resistant stability and permeability was obtained.
