采用交流阻抗和极化曲线测试方法,研究了Cl~-浓度对X70管线钢在NaHCO_3溶液中的腐蚀机理。结果表明。随着Cl~-浓度的增加,X70管线钢的极化阻力减小,腐蚀电流密度升高,耐蚀性降低。当Cl~-浓度小于0.1 mol/L时,X70钢表现出钝化行为;当Cl~-浓度大于0.1 mol/L时,表现为活性溶解。
The corrosion mechanism of X70 pipeline steel in NaHCO 3 solution was studied by using AC impedance and polarization curve test method. The results show. With the increase of Cl ~ - concentration, the polarization resistance of X70 pipeline steel decreases, the corrosion current density increases, and the corrosion resistance decreases. When Cl ~ - is less than 0.1 mol / L, X70 steel exhibits passivation behavior. When Cl ~ - is higher than 0.1 mol / L, X70 steel shows active dissolution.
