目的探讨以Child-to-Child方法作为载体开展学校营养教育的可行性及效果。方法采用对照实验研究设计,在山西大同、浙江绍兴对3000余名小学生进行营养教育干预研究。结果两地实验学校学生营养知识及格率均明显提高(P<0.01),对营养与健康的态度、饮食行为均获得改善,同时参与营养教育的行为显著提高(P<0.01)。结论应用Child-to-Child方法进行学校营养教育具有明显效果和优势。
Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of using Child-to-Child as carrier to carry out school nutrition education. Methods Using comparative experimental research design, more than 3,000 primary school students in Shanxi Datong and Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province conducted a nutrition education intervention study. Results The passing rate of nutrition knowledge of experimental school students in both places were significantly increased (P <0.01). The attitude to nutrition and health, eating behavior were improved and the behaviors of participating in nutrition education were significantly increased (P <0.01). Conclusion Child-to-Child approach to school nutrition education has obvious effects and advantages.
