选取浙江省长潭水库自然消落带生长的野生狗牙根与非消落带生长的野生狗牙根,置于水库支流进行不同时间淹水处理,观察其在淹水胁迫条件下不同生境狗牙根的保护酶活性和丙二醛含量变化情况,结果表明:两种生境下的狗牙根叶片的MDA含量都表现上升的趋势,但消落带生境下的狗牙根叶片MDA含量上升幅度要比非消落带生境下的狗牙根MDA含量上升速度要慢。在淹水前期,狗牙根叶片SOD、POD酶活性都有所上升,淹水后期,这两种酶活性都有所下降,但消落带生境下的狗牙根叶片保护酶活性在涝渍期间始终高于非消落带生境下的狗牙根。说明了消落带生境下的狗牙根由于长期生长在水淹胁迫环境,对涝渍的适应性要强于非消落带生境下的狗牙根。
