本文介绍了流量AGC技术的原理和关键课题。此技术应用到南轧1200WS四辊可逆冷轧机上,取得了小于或等于带材厚度1％的较高厚度控制精度,为新轧机的设计和旧轧机的改造提供了一个应用实例。
This article describes the principles and key issues of traffic AGC technology. This technology is applied to the South Rolling 1200WS four-roller reversing cold rolling mill and achieved the control accuracy of higher thickness less than or equal to 1% of the strip thickness, which provides an application example for the design of the new rolling mill and the transformation of the old rolling mill.
