提出一种基于船舶自动识别系统(AIS)时态数据库的船舶实时监控和历史轨迹查询解决方案,其基本功能是集成每条船舶的静态和动态信息,并在不同的终端间共享这些信息。该系统可支持大量用户的持续访问及刷新,提供海量历史轨迹查询的解决方案。基于AIS时态数据库的历史数据处理及分析可为海事部门提供决策支持,有助于提高水上交通管理的效率并改善水上交通的安全。
A real-time monitoring and historical trajectory search solution based on the ship’s AIS database is proposed. Its basic function is to integrate the static and dynamic information of each ship and to share the information among different terminals. The system can support a large number of users continuous access and refresh, provide massive historical trajectory query solution. The historical data processing and analysis based on the AIS temporal database can provide decision support for the maritime sector, which can help to improve the efficiency of water traffic management and improve the safety of water traffic.
