目的:观察脉冲电磁场联合阿仑膦酸钠和注射用骨肽治疗骨质疏松症(OP)患者骨痛、骨密度(BMD)的影响。方法:收集OP合并有明显腰背痛和/或髋膝部於痛106例,随机分为3组治疗组采用美国第四代XT-2000B型骨质疏松脉冲电磁场治疗仪联合阿仑膦酸钠和注射用骨肽;对照组A阿仑膦酸钠加注射用骨肽;对照组B每日服用氨基酸螯合钙胶囊2000mg/d(含元素钙460mg,维生素B3400IU)。治疗组和对照组A均每日服用氨基酸螯合钙胶囊2000mg。治疗6个月后评估疗效。结果:治疗组有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脉冲电磁场联合阿仑膦酸钠和注射用骨肽治疗将进一步提高OP的BMD,缓解疼痛症状更持久。
